                      The PKL S3 had two editions .The CEO of Star India Sanjay Gupta confirmed that Star sports PKL wants to make Pro Kabaddi a 5 week event and happen 10 weeks a year by having two editions a year .The idea is to play the tournament once in June-July 2016.In PKL S3 there are several kabaddi teams participated from different cities of India they are Bengal Warrios, Bengaliru Bulls, Dabang Delhi K.C, Jaipur Pink Panthers, Patna Pirates, Puneri Paltan, Telugu Titans, U Mumba, Gujarat Fortunegiants and Haryana Steelers.               The PKL S8 was began on 22 December 2021. The usual travelling caravan format was changed to a single venue hosting all the matches of the season due to spread of COVID-19 pandemic in India.                   The PKL S9 duration was from 7 October 2022 to 17 December 2022.
